Managing a group of demi chefs and cooks (commis), the main emphasis is on operations and production of food for passengers.
- Ensure the quality, suitability, flavour, appearance and safety standards of all food items leaving the production area to be served to premium passengers.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards as per policies and procedures set by the company.
- Oversee the preparation of food and monitor presentation.
- Prepare menu orders and transfer to Sous Chef for approval and finalisation.
- Allocate team members for tasks according to requirements.
- Identifies and communicates opportunities to improve efficiency and quality of processes.

Qualifications
About you:
- An ideal candidate will have a minimum of Vocational, Tertiary or Trade qualification and 4 years of job-related experience
- Associate degree in culinary skills or similar
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie in a previous role.
- Command of English language
- Ability to foster teamwork among team members
